Erilynn works with the UCSD Teaching + Learning Commons to coordinate the Summer Graduate Teaching Scholars (SGTS) Program and instruct Teaching and Learning at the College Level. She teaches through the division of Biological Sciences at UCSD during the summer session and is adjunct faculty at San Diego City College. She earned her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences at UCSD, followed by research at UCSD and guest lecturing at SDSU as an IRACDA postdoctoral scholar. She has been actively involved in the areas of student-centered instruction and effective research-based pedagogical methods throughout her academic career and is excited to pursue this further with the Teaching + Learning Commons.
