Dr. I-Pang Fu is the Digital Learning Manager at the Teaching + Learning Commons. I-Pang's primary role is to coordinate instructional design projects and support instructional designers in various initiatives. I-Pang received a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from Pennsylvania State University, with a minor in Educational Psychology. Over the past 15 years, he has worked as a designer, researcher, consultant, educator, and facilitator in higher education and corporate worlds.
