Dr. Paul Hadjipieris, an Education Specialist at the Teaching and Learning Commons, is deeply committed to supporting faculty. His role involves enhancing instructional design and integrating educational technology and online instruction into teaching practices. 

Paul's academic work explores how adaptive learning models can transform student engagement and promote equity within educational settings. His research covers emerging educational technologies in classroom settings, focusing on practical applications that support and enhance faculty teaching methods. He is particularly interested in the development of HyFlex course design and its role in post-pandemic educational transformations.

Dr. Hadjipieris is dedicated to fostering Anti-racist GENAI (Generative AI) faculty learning communities to enhance AI literacy among educators and their students. Through this collaborative initiative, Paul supports integrating equitable and accessible teaching practices to empower faculty to effectively support GenAI Literacy among their students. This work is part of a broader commitment to preparing educators and students for the challenges and affordances of the fast-changing higher education digital landscape.
